Trained under acclaimed mentor Bannie Kang at the original ANTI:DOTE, Eduardo—known affectionately as Edu—honed his craft in Macau’s dynamic flair bartending scene before rising through the ranks at some of Singapore’s most respected bars, including MO BAR, Smoke & Mirrors, and Junior The Pocket Bar.
With a deep appreciation for South-East Asian ingredients and a flair for storytelling, Edu curates cocktail experiences that blend folklore with flavour. His creative vision ensures that ANTI:DOTE remains as memorable for its evocative ambience as it is for its inventive drinks.
CARLA DAVINA - BAR MANAGER
Carla brings a wealth of international experience, having led acclaimed bars at Artesian (London), ATLAS Singapore, and Shangri‑La Hotel Singapore. Known for launching innovative concepts, refining bar operations, and driving sustained growth, Carla combines strategic insight with a deep respect for craft.
Her thoughtful leadership and unwavering commitment to personalised hospitality ensure that everyone—guests and team members alike—leaves ANTI:DOTE just a little happier than when they arrived.
